4 Patient Age Demographic:
Adult, Geriatric Credentialing Information:
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:
60-90 days; candidates need to obtain hospital privileges at Maryview Medical Center Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day:
N/A Presence of Other Cardiologists:
No Requirement to Supervise Other Health Care Providers:
No Travel Reimbursement Information:
All bookings must be standard/economy.
Lodging must be within $150/night.
Any expenses exceeding this amount must be approved by the facility.
